Properties with comprehensive wellness features command 25-40% price premiums over conventional luxury. These developments generated an estimated 12,000 jobs since 2023.

Developers add meditation spaces, hydrotherapy pools, and co-working lounges. Hybrid work models drive demand for integrated wellness amenities within residential communities.

Blockchain Opens Fractional Access

Dubai Land Department projects tokenized real estate could hit $16 billion by 2033, roughly 7% of total property transactions.

The Real Estate Evolution Space Initiative makes DLD the first Middle East registration entity using blockchain-based tokenization. UAE residents now invest in selected projects starting at AED 2,000. Each investment represents fractional ownership recorded as a digital token.

The platform runs on XRP Ledger through Ctrl Alt's infrastructure, syncing blockchain records with traditional government ledgers. Smart contracts release funds automatically when property milestones are met, cutting middlemen and accelerating timelines.
